Jan 20, 2022 · From what I can tell the only additional hardware needed is 4 x 35mm (OD) stainless steel tubes and 2 Lead Screws, it was surely for a good reason that they offered a third “stiffy” rail for the 35 mm rails on X axis on Woodworker and when relasing Journeyman they offer the new X rail for 48″ workarea width only with rails of 50 mm diameter. Yes, X-50 means the 50mm Y-Axis size, not the length of the Y-Axis. I will admit it’s a little confusing. This is confusing and Jen cleared it up for me. When you first click on order CNC machines the “X-50” is in quotes for whatever reason and it leads some to believe it is 50".
