Tenicor certum 3.
The certum is molded for 365 xl, but also fits the regular 365, so I wanted to know if the extra space was bothersome. You want the extra length in the holster for comfort and conceilability. Certum 3 is a amazing holster. Personally I don't prefer the built in wedge of the velo but it does conceil really well.
The VELO 4 was designed to fit all gun sizes from a full size to a compact size. For most people, the Tenicor VELO size is ideal. Typically, Snap-On holsters are preferred but the VELO 4 makes it easy to holster and re-holster and you always have complete control over your gun. If you want to spec out a custom holster similarly (e,g, if Tenicor doesn't offer a holster for your gun), the JM Custom Kydex Wing Claw 2.0 with DCC clips, a red dot cut, medium guard, and a muzzle pad is also great (and available in more colors!).
