Edit: I had here that her augment worked by only setting enemies on fire, but I was wrong and mistook the visual effects of pillage for fire setting. Apologies Ember's Fire blast: at rank 3 base value is energy cost of 75 with 75% armor strip and sets enemies on fire. Armor stripping is capped at 75%, but can be reduced by negative power strength.
