The first completion of most challenges is really good. So is the final completion on a couple. I would focus on completing the each challenge once to get the bonus. Once you can do a No Augs challenge in just a couple hours (my fastest completion is just under 4:00, but I've never been very active), I think it's useful to do them on occasion.
