Pinecrest Lake is great to visit year round - there is always something to do or see. This summer is the busiest season because of all the campers and day trippers but there is swimming, hiking, fishing, boating, beaches all available. There is a 3 mile trail around the lake that can hiked most seasons unless there is a lot of snow.With fresh powder and blue skies it's going to be a beautiful weekend at Leland Snowplay. If you're planning on visiting Saturday March 9th please arrive as close to 10am as possible to secure tickets, we are expecting crowds and could sell out. If it's possible to come on Sunday we always recommend it, the crowds will be much less.
