Dimple, like many characters in Mob Psycho, has become a morally grey character. From his actions and words, it seems Dimple truly believes his actions are for the greater good, and that by being ruler of Earth and mildly brainwashing everyone so their personalities are intact but they're always happy and at peace is a good thing to do. Mob and Emi's relationship here really is a testament to how well ONE can write characters and interactions in such a short span of time. Mob psycho isn't exactly a romance anime, but this is the best and healthiest pairing in the series imo.
