The Free 120 is really similar to Step 1 in terms of layout/UI (it is designed exactly like the actual test, which is also exactly like uWorld so nothing special here) and also in terms of content. Free 120 has a good mix of one-liners, semi-long questions, and long stems. The real exam is representative of this.
