Just went this past week to Carowinds for the first time. I loved Intimidator, I did 2 rides. It ended up being my 3rd fav ride in the park over Afterburn, but both are really great. I've now been on 3 B&M hypers: Intimidator, Apollo's (also rode for the first time this past week), and Nitro (home park).

A lot of the rides in the park are closing for lightning strikes. I just rode it yesterday and it was completely fine. Although it's been raining a lot this week so maybe that has something to do with it. I was there today and Nighthawk and Intimidator were both marked "CLOSED" the majority of the day and both were open and running.
