I got my I-797C notice in the mail saying "In order to speed up the process we transferred your case" it got transferred to NBC from Nebraska Service Center. I was filed under EB3 employment-based GC. I-140 and I-485 concurrently filed last April 2021. I-140 was approved March 2, 2022. I have EB I-485 (submitted 02/2023) based on an approved EB2. It was processed at NBC and sent to a field office in San Francisco, and due to retrogression, it was sent back to NBC where it said, "Case remains pending". Now that my priority date is current, the case got transferred to Nebraska Service Center last week.
