Here’s another sample I-485 EB approval which was filed in July 2021. I-140 was approved in late July 2021. Case was transferred to National Benefits Center in April 2022. From NBC to approval, it took about 3 months. The 3 to 4-month timeframe seems reliable. See here for more info about transfers to NBC.

My I-485 case is also in Sacramento and was transferred to Sacramento 4 months ago from San Jose. I had an interview with them late June, 2022, but attributing that to the fact that my marriage-based application is from August, 2019 and I already had an interview in San Jose in Feb, 2020 with no result or RFE.
