F150 4 inch lift with 33s.
I have a ‘19 super crew 4x4. I watched a guy on youtube (built a F150 overland truck). He installed a 4.5" Superlift with 17's and 37s with a little trimming. I run 35s with a spacer on a 2.3 inch level, zero rubbing even aired down. I did do some trimming, you are going to be just fine.
