Jan 17, 2020 · When I try to log into my account it just says. "Thanks for your purchase! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." I have had this WiFi network at my house for over THREE MONTHS. So why it says we are getting your account set up is beyond me... Can anyone help me?

I did a troubleshoot and restart from my phone and im wondering if that had anything to do with it.
