I thought it was Stasis Titan since it has the most fragile/weak roaming super and imo the worst melee ability (post nerf). It was great before the nerf but now it's clearly being overshadowed by other Titan subclasses, even Sunbreaker. The only good things are the barrier and a good slide, even the stasis grenades are better on Hunter as example.
