But our internet packet loss has been stuck between 40-55% for about 4 days now. Speed tests show our download speed to be ~60 Mbps and upload ~10 Mbps, but the packet loss makes the internet almost unusable. Trying this again. Last thread got closed with no contact from at&t. I've been getting crazy packet loss every 15 secs-5 min. I did some digging and on the device specific pages there's 33% tx loss.
