Far too long of a wait in line everytime I come to 5510 sw loop 410 location at least 3hr wait time....miserable pick up window. The person comes to window and asks a couple of questions and then leaves for half an hr. Maybe he has the pkg when returns. There is at least 20 people in line all the time. Too many times a mail carrier didn't bother to bring a box that was too large for my mailbox to my door; the item was taken back to the post office, I had to go over and pick it up.
