Absolute nightmare trying to contact their “customer service” Joke title. Customer service prime focus was to push us to continue the trip regardless of hotels throwing tourists out on street at a moments notice if targeted by strikers. They refused to allow us to cancel and give us refund. Prime focus company profit.
