Once your router is setup, plug the ethernet cable into any of the ports on the switch. Then, download the Ruckus Unleashed app on your phone. Choose typical install, and use the information on the sticker in your cabinet. It will walk you through setting up an SSID for you access points. That's pretty much it.

The SSID is still broadcasting/you are still able to connect. As we discussed, to reset your Wi-Fi password, we need access to Unleashed. And as you mentioned that you don’t have credentials to log in to Unleashed, the only option we have is Resetting the Access Point where you can change your Unleashed credentials and later we can change the Wi-Fi Password from Unleashed.
