Turn the ignition on, no need to start the engine. Roll the driver's window halfway down. Pull the driver's window switch up and continue holding it up for a few seconds after it's fully closed. Repeat for the passenger window from the passenger's seat. Done! No taking apart anything or window lube required. Turn on your engine, then roll down your passenger side front window all the way and continue holding down the switch for over 5 seconds. Depends on the trim, if you have auto up/down on the rears like I do, then you have to hold the rear switch up at the rear door for at least the 5 seconds. Subaru has been doing this for their window modules for a while. I just fixed my mother-in-laws 2003 OB front passenger window the same way.
