Define "best". My 1st objective of every new run is to get to Louisville so west point has been my go to. They are all good. Rosewood is a relatively small town with lots of amenities. The others are larger and therefore have more zombies but its fun to experiment with them all. I dunno why few like west point. Project Zomboid is the ultimate in zombie survival. Alone or in MP: you loot, build, craft, fight, farm and fish in a struggle to survive.
