The throttle body is a part of the ESC system, and if any part of the system shows a fault, the ESC is automatically disabled. The problem will probably come back after a while. .

Patriot put itself into limp mode driving at 65, it dropped to 25mph max . - had no issues or warning lights before that. It came out of limp mode on its own. did it again and added shaking and shuddering to limp mode. changed out the throttle body as the garage suggested this was the main issue.
