marika's hammer should've been a greathammer Discussion & Info fantastic weapon. only problem it has its lack of reach, but boy is it a problem. it doesn't touch anything unless i practically crawl up the boss' ass. if it just had a bit more range it could've been a gamebreaker, but as it stands i might as well be using a dagger with a fancy aow

The Hammer's AoW has great dmg assuming you have 5 seconds to spare to proc it. Hammer Ash of war is harder to read in PvP, but sword is much better for farming runes for easy levels at Mohgs Palace. Both so stellar damage in their own right.Marika's hammer fuggin rocks. Just beat NG+ with it. At a +10 it gets B strength scaling and it massacres everything. Even EB and Radagon were no match for its power. 10/10 recommend 🤘🤘 ... So if you mean PvP, it could do some real work in teams or FFA, but only people totally unfamiliar with it will get hit by it in duels. Single two handed hammer moveset is, ok, but not amazing either.
