Hi My router suddenly isn’t working. Just stopped working 4 hours ago. Unplug the router waited ten mins. Restarted on the back of the router with the red button for 10 secs. Try customer service they weren’t any help. College student that needs to do hw asap. The photo above is my router. Verizon said they need to come in person.
