The same thing happened with EB2 India. Lots of 2014 filers from India got approved at the expense of older 2011 and 2012 filers. However, the good news there (and for us, if the same logic is applied to ROW) is that later, the 2014 filers will take up less numbers. So EB2 Feb - Oct 2022 may take up less numbers next year for ROW.

My take on the April 2024 Visa bulletin on a EB-2 ROW perspective. Those who argued for a big forward movement of FAD can claim victory. I would consider a 7 week movement a big jump.
