I can get zelda breath of the wild working at 60 fps and using a controller on CEMU 1.12.0d. However there are frequent frame drops from 60fps to 20-30fps. On BotW, I can get anywhere from 30-60 depending where I am if everything is set up correctly. Before the fps graphic packs I think I was able to get most of the time 30 fps. But it's not just the gpu that matters, a good CPU is important to run Cemu well. BOTW is running beautifully on my system. However, the game speeds up if the FPS goes above 30. My friends don't have this problem, and they used older versions of the game file. I acquired this file about a year ago and it includes the DLC packs. I use an AMD 6600 XT and an Intel i5 processor, however I was having the same issue on my old 1060.

I play. Botw at 45fps by choice for consistency and temperature. When I set to 60 it will balance at a solid 60 in the places that are not as busy. But I also went into nvidia settings to optimize. my problem is that it doesnt even balance to 30fps i would be happy even for consistent 30 fps but all those fps++ v2.2 and dynamic fps do nothing

It automatically limits framerate in problem areas, and there's basically no stutters if you use vulkan. From my experience there are little to no issues with running it at 60fps nowadays. Hell I can even run 100+ and its butter smooth but 60 is more consistent and easier to run so I stick with that.

Hello, If you read carefully global post, it says it takes benefit of hyper-threading *only the first time cemu compile shaders. It means other time shader are scanned or playing in-game, multi-threading tech is not used. Maybe subject to change in the future versions of cemu, however, it should not affect to keep this FPS-Technique activated.
