I use Atmosphere latest version supporting 9.2. I used NXdumptool to download the file and I was told to use FAT32 to install games. 64GB. It split into 2 files one that has 4 GB and the other with 2GB.

Using NSC Builder you can merge Switch games, updates, and DLC into 1, instead of separate files. If the IPs did not have Core Container Enabled, then the main file would be .xci plus some associated files. Just copy all the files which are in the same dir along with the .xci files to the destination dir.
