Arrived at Vistana yesterday. On Diamond pre check in we had requested top floor Fountains away from I4 and received exactly as we asked. Checked in at 12.30 coming from Sarasota and were allocated room immediately. Great service as many RCI resorts insist on 4 pm check in.
