Thanks. 100% Exactly the same holster. The difference in width is the magwell. Doesn't effect holster fit at all. I thought the slides were different sizes but could be wrong. I know the xMacro has a smaller barrel and longer slide for the comp but not sure if in comparison to the tacops if they're different.The "comp" isn't very effective. We're talking about something that only gets gassed a tiny bit before the barrel blocks the comp as the slide reciprocates. You're exhanging almost an inch of barrel length to have the inherently least effective comp you could design. When I shoot the stock X-Macro vs. the X-Macro with a XL slide I get exactly the same results as when I shoot a 365X vs. a straight p365. Groups are pretty much the same. I am just back on target, and shoot, appreciably faster. SIG Certified P320 & P365 Armorer.Might want to get the new Macro tacops (suppressor height sights, 4mags, extended slide release) for $100 less I believe. I don't think the comp adds that big of a difference (15% for tartan tactical estimate). Just good for thought. If I had to do over again I would probably get the tacops as I paid $799 and then bout 2 more mags for $45 a piece.

A comp is definitely not necessary on the x macro, it's a very smooth shooting gun.The big selling points on the Xmacro for me are the grip size, capacity, reduced recoil and familiarity. The xmacro tac ops or comp is arguably the best carry gun out there. Balance between size, shootability and capacity. How thin it is makes such a big difference to me when carrying compared to similar length/height guns. For a carry gun I'd do the newer xmacro vs tac ops if you don't want the comp.
