TOME is one of the few roguelikes I've beat. It's definitely possible to beat in a reasonable amount of time, depending on your strategy, and there are a lot of feasible strategies. The miniquests on each level are a brilliant way to motivate the player. I appreciate the balance between Angband and something more ambitious. ToME definitely.
