The NXP Tag Info app is correctly identifying it as a ntag215. By the "tag dump file" do you mean that the amiibo dump file is corrupted/invalid? Or the key.bin file is messed up. You simply need the amiibo key (Google for it, you'll find it on pastebin ), split it in half, and TagMo 2, then load up the 2 keys, then the BIN files. Tried it on an iPhone 7. Works perfectly.
