2600! That's crazy. Making it to the default 2500 is already a massive challenge. If you want to go for a end game year that late you should adjust tech and tradition costs to make it take longer to reach the repeatable, though the problem with this is that pop growth speed is the same, and you won't get the advanced forges and fabricators in time to prevent massive unemployment.

Mostly depends in when you set the endgame date in game setup. If you pushed it back too far it wont spawn. The crisis can only spawn after the end-game date you chose at the start of the game. The Unbidden can spawn potentially immediately afterwards, while the other crisis events can only spawn in 50 years after the end-game date.
