The best one handed weapon is the falcata for its crit, 19-20/x3 is unique and really powerfull. Becomes 17-20/x4 after the critical feats. Other than that, scimitar and war pick are also good. Scimitar for the 18-20 range and pick for the x4 multiplier. Base damage don't really do that much.
