Once you began a chapter (let's say endocrine) then go into browse and if you have a deck that's sorted by coffin that makes it super easy just unsuspend that chapter. if not, search up endocrine, the hormones you study, etc in the search bar.

Yeah I believe the deck has approximately 2700 cards, so at 200 new per day you can finish it in less than 2 weeks (news that is, not reviews). You’re probably better off doing 100 news/ day honestly. honestly yea 200 new/day for MileDown is a lot.

It was overkill because I wasn't actually using Anki properly in the early months. Since then, I kept up with my MilesDown cards after I took the exam (got rid of the 42-day rule and made it 9999). I also added an Anatomy deck as I completely lack that knowledge and with the active recall, I'm remembering basically everything. Good luck!

You might have a daily card limit, that’s why you only see 20. Change the limit to 9999999999 or whatever you can fit and should be able to see the whole deck. This doc has a lot of free stuff.
