For many years guys were using factory 400 cranks in their 408" stroker 351W builds as that was the only option throughout the 1980's and most of the 1990's. The 351W stroker crank is a good bit lighter than the stock 400 but I doubt it'll be a one-for-one swap.

They are a nightmare to balance when this is done because they require heavy metal added. As for the Cleveland pistons, they would have to be custom units because the stock 351C piston has the same compression height as the 400 piston.
