I personally don't play anarchy gaige. I just chain discord and use my hail to wreck some face. I go through the air strike skill in ordered chaos, then all the way through LBT, and the rest of my points go in BFF. It doesn't have the brute power of an anarchy build, but its still pretty powerful and I don't have to deal with getting stacks back.

Mid-game though, he starts to lose a bit of his bully-power and with the more elemental prone enemies, the extra shock damage Gaige can do can come in real handy. Late-game though you pretty much have to have the extra damage from Anarchy in order to progress smoothly. The 2nd build is definitely better but I'd take some points from the blue tree and finish getting 5/5 into 20% Cooler and 10/5 in Typecast Iconoclast or whatever the skill is called. none of them. In the field, you can gain "free" anarchy by shooting things that break, like ice chunks, skag piles, stalker pods, pottery jars in Tiny Tina's DLC, etc. Must use something like a Jakobs shotgun that must reload every shot.
