Turning the boundary off in dev mode works. At least this will buy time until Meta pushes a fix. To access this go to your settings menu, then 'developer' on the left hand menu, then turn off 'physical space features'. Proceed with caution and don't punch your tv, your dog, or fall down your stairs.

So I tried this out because I wanted to use my quest 2 without the Oculus Software since with my previous experience with SteamLink and VirtualDesktop being great (and mixed experience with ALVR) i figured i would try this out since it says it should allow for a cabled connection. However the setup was an absolute nightmare since the fact it doesnt use the Quest 2s boundary system.Orange-Tape. •.
