The mob count is pretty low without totem (don't wanna waste totems on legion mules) and they have twice the HP (for 50% more exp) so extra funding beyond the standard 6% att and 3% stat gear is needed. I find that training at non-SF maps gives me better rates than aliens. CLP and SSS1 are also pretty bad maps in Reboot.
