As info, the only problem to date (aside from the seat price) with the BX2350 was with the mower rear links failing to drop as indicated in the Operator's Manual. The links were frozen in position-excess paint appeared to be the cause. Freeing them required "persuasion" by two of us pressing down forcefully on a wrecking bar.

I know it is a big deck for the 24 hp but if it can't handle it, then they should not sell it! I sometimes will mow a while with the hood open to keep the temp from creeping even closer to the red zone.

First check the connections on your battery. Also the other end of the ground cable to the engine. Don't just look at them. Remove, clean and retighten. This is if you do not have a weak battery. I own a Kubota BX2350 and have a problem connecting the hyd lines to the steering control unit. Can you draw me a diagram of the connections. The shop manual is of no assistance with this. I am in the process of replacing the unit and my initial markings were oblitereated by hydraulic fluid. Sincerely Don
