Yes there is an adjustment, - if it is "self adjusting", - you will have to pull the brake drum off and look at it, - you just turn the adjuster back about 1 or 2 turns, and then see how it "spins -- (after you have re-installed brake drum), and applied brakes once to "center the brake shoes"!

Reinstall the bolt. Continue filling until coolant comes out of the coolant pipe. Reinstall that bolt. BTW don't forget the little sealing washer that goes under each of those two bolts. I traced the cables and they are activating the transmission appropriately. I jacked it up and can see that the propeller shaft is turning, but the front wheels are not driven. The universal joints are all intact.Remove that bolt. Start filling the system from the cap under the seat. Have a drain pan under the front radiator to catch the fluid that is GOING to leak out-and also to catch the coolant that will be lost from the manifold bleeder (especially if doing it by yourself).
