It's still pretty damn OP - they nerfed the crazy posture damage on the weapon art, but it still does tons of damage for its speed/range/FP cost - but there's no reason not to use it if you think it's cool. Generally speaking anything that sucked waaay back when is better, and the things that were a lil too far on the power slider in the player's favor are toned down a bit.
