Thankyou for reply it's a concrete ornament that I have painted black and brushed over in white.with acrylic paint. I think it's the diy clear varnish spray exterior that I have used but unsure if I can use it to seal it. Was looking at buying a clear acrylic matt sealer by plasticote as didn't want the paint to run as plaque is for outside.
