This is done the same way as shatterdive skating on hunter except you use well instead of shatterdive (Eager Edge off a ledge -> jump+well). I doubt I'm the first one to come up with this but I haven't seen anyone else post it so I thought I would share it here.

The fact that eager skating is also easiest on hunter is an inadvertent bug that plays into my personal hunter fantasy (also I love going fast). I was sad to see left click eager edge nerfed (and tbh think it only needed that for PvP) but at least shatterskating works pretty fast still.
