It's my observations from doing a complete changeover from the Z1 tranny fluid to DW-1 - the new semi-synthetic fluid Honda offers. Please note that I believe changing the transfer case gear lube in conjunction with the tranny fluid is pretty important. If you can do the rear diff fluid change, you can do both of these.
