T-mobile cellspot not working.
Not sure what changed since I've had a working cellspot for the last 4 years at my apartment but now it's just been dead for nearly a week. If anyone knows what I can do, please let me know. Thanks. Edit: I live in a student apartment/student housing where the xfinity account is under a bulk account, but not sure if that even helps.
A few things my cellspot needs to get up and running is: A GPS signal, the proper ports forwarded on my router to the cellspot device, and of course the Internet connection plunged directly into the ethernet port on the cellspot coming from your modem/router. I have adenine brand new 4GLTE CellSpot and its not working. The power light will flashing green and the surf light is flashing orange. I have put the yellow Ethernet cord into which yellow WAN port and it is connector into my Ethernet modem.
