Uworld added a TON of surgery questions this year so I think Uworld surgery + relevant IM parts will be more than enough. I did UWorld Surgery and AMBOSS surgery and scored in honors range (>75% national average). After having done UWorld IM questions for IM, I can say those would be helpful for the surgery shelf as well.

When I took it 2 years ago, there was no FM section in uworld. I would do the AAFP questions next time prior to the exam, look at the anki cards from dorian deck, and redo your peds and ob questions as well. Divine intervention podcasts are also very clutch.
