For general purpose no harm using galvanized mods. If anything I'd say get your hands on the full sets of the primary arcanes for your Rubico Prime.Best 3 stat riven would be CC/CD/MS/-harmless negative. You should avoid the usual negatives, like -Dmg, -Crit (damage), -Multishot, -Mag size is also really bad since rubico has only 5 shots per mag and negative fire rate.
