My wife's 92 (357) is an interarms puma with the front sight on the forward barrel band. I have tried a couple different Marble sights for the rear sight and they just slide right thru the dovetail on the Barrel. My 92 (357) is a LSI puma and I put a marbles rear sight on it but I had to put a shim under it to make it tight, but it works.

The old Rossi 92s have a barrel band with a pinned front sight. You can replace it with a blade of a different height, but it's a lot less versatile than a dovetail front sight. On the other hand, the older 92s don't have the cheesy safety.
