DB4's are intended to flow as much fuel as possible. for a traditional rotary pump. which intercooling among other mods will be required to use it correctly and not burn your engine up. for the majority, a DB2 will work just fine, as only a hand full of people use a IP hotter than 110 cc's. Jul 6, 2010 · 1. Mount a single 8d under the flat bed. 2. Mount 2 group 31's under the bed in parallel. 3. Mount 2 group 31's under the bed with a good isolator. 4. Use two large 6V wired in series. I have read about the issues with two batteries wired in parallel "fighting" each other and surmised that an isolator or single battery would fix this issue.
The TPS/FIPL voltage does not necessarily have to be 1.2 VDC, it can be set as low as .50 VDC, the lower the voltage the softer the shift, try it at .96 VDC. The WOT voltage cannot be set, it is what it is. IIRC on the 93 the VSS is for "Variable Speed" for the E4OD and the ABS. The VSS signal go to the PSOM first then mixes with the Tach ...1,603. Ended up running into problems with my Injection pump and it took much longer than i anticipated. When i started putting these with the injectors on to the motor, the fuel filter bracket was just a tad bit in the way. Discussions related to the 6.5L GM Diesel. glow plug relay failure is common in the IDI. most guys bypass them and install a rocker switch in the cab, so they only heat up when you want them too. Determine which pair of wires goes to the sender for the tank that you are going to keep and wire those directly to the sender in that tank. In the cab you could eliminate the selector switch in the same way.
