It would have probably been easier to build out of aluminum plate and hydrographic the dash with a wood grain. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Check all you seams looking for cracks etc. Dicor makes a lap sealant that works pretty good but do your own research and see what works for you. One problem with the fiberglass roof is that overtime it develops a chalky white dust on it that shows up ...The valid pump/air tank is not connected to the main tanks or brakes. To answer your question, when I'm not running the water full on, instead of the water coming from the expansion tank until pressure decreased to a certain point, and the pump cycling on to recharge, the pump short-cycles every couple seconds, depending on the flow. Washing my hands the pump may cycle 30 times for a couple seconds each time.So the purpose of the 2 way check valve is to provide air to the abs relay for the front service brakes from either the front (secondary) air tank or the rear (primary) air tank, whichever has the highest pressure wins. Idea being that if one air system fails and loses pressure the other can keep your brakes working.One from Steele Rubber and one from AP Products. Dec 12, 2022 · Valid system compressor has no moisture removal, but, the air goes into a small air leveling tank, which has a thumbscrew drain on the bottom. On ours, Monaco saved ~30' of air line, front to rear, to feed the compressor into the wet tank which means it has to fill all the big tanks to get pressure to six packs.
