Now it just cranks, between 1500 and 1800psi. I bought a brand new filter head/filter, still no change. Bought MA rebuild kit. Found a crushed o-ring in the brand new filter head. Replaced all seals, still no change. Bought driver side fuel rail with new sensors, no change. Primer gets hard about 5-8 pumps, still no start.

It is the fuel that lubricates the fuel pump and also cools the pump, and when you have neither, what you get is a fule pump that doesn't work as it should. so I measured the FRP and got 585 while cranking, and 4900-5100 psi at idle. For one of my multiple start pressure tests I threw a code but havent had the code come back on. it was P0341 Camshaft position sensor, after I moved past the code screen to check my rail pressure I was getting 941 psi while trying to start it that one time, now it went back to 585 psi with no code again.Yes that could quite possibly be the problem. Remove the weight off the suspension and turning the T-bolts is not that difficult. Before you start measure fender height at the center of the wheel. Do 4 turns and take it for a short drive to let it settle. Drive it back into the garage and re-measure to determine if you need to crank a little more.
