Well, it kinda make sense, because when you create a Hive Prince character, you actually don't play as a ruler, but as an exiled Prince. Exiled Princes don't lives in hive villages, because they're not really liked by the others hivemen. The shopkeeper usally say "Hiveless bring madness".
